Refund policy

Base Products will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. An exchange or refund will not be processed for products that are returned with open packaging or that have been damaged.

Base Products does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

For eligible refunds, Base Products will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely. If your returned order becomes lost in transit, and there is no package tracking, Base Products cannot be held liable for the return and may be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
